We are actively seeking a motivated individual for the role of Accounts Payable Officer at Criterion Industries. If you're ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic team, this opportunity is tailor-made for you

Your Skills:

  • Relevant Experience: minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable roles.
  • Accounting System Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics an advantage).
  • Payment Adjustment: Ability to adjust payments accurately with correct supplier invoices.
  • Experience dealing with Australian stakeholders (strongly desired).

What the Role Involves:

  • Receipt and Cost Stock: Process purchase orders by entering stock into the business ERP upon receipt.
  • Invoice Entry: Enter all creditor invoices onto business ERP in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile creditor invoices with statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Payment Processing: Pay all creditor invoices using online banking portal.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain supplier pricing records in Business Central and follow up on supplier credits.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist the Financial Accountant with various tasks, including reconciling general ledger accounts, auditing GL accounts, and preparing monthly reports.
  • Maintain loan schedules and ensure interest calculations are up to date.
