Position: Civil CAD Engineer

Industry: Construction

Location: Davao City

Work Schedule: Fixed Dayshift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Setup: On-site

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 40,000 (Negotiable)

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering
  • Preferably licensed Civil Engineer
  • Strong background in producing CAD drawings and plans for construction projects
  • Knowledge of site layouts, structural designs, and infrastructure blueprints
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with construction teams
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and surveys for data gathering
  • Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • Experience in mentoring and training junior engineers/drafters is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed CAD drawings and plans for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
  • Conduct site surveys and gather essential data for design work
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
  • Provide technical expertise to support project management teams
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and drafters
