Position: Architect CAD Operator

Industry: Construction / Engineering

Location: Davao City

Work Schedule: Dayshift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 40,000 gross (Open Negotiable)

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Architect
  • Not licensed / Licensed Architect are encourage to apply
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Operator
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings and structural detailing
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects
  • Revise drawings based on engineering markups or project manager instructions
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects for drawing updates
  • Maintain organized records of all CAD files and version
