Growsari Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and staffing needs. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top talent to contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates

  • Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the best-fit candidates for our open positions

  • Conducting interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations

  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support our ongoing staffing needs

  • Providing updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
