Position: HR Specialist

Location: Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Specialist who will focus on employee relations, timekeeping, and manpower complement for our Plant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based setting
  • Proficient in timekeeping, employee relations, and recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized and capable of handling fast-paced operational support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage timekeeping of Dressing Plant employees
  • Ensure manpower complement and coordinate deployment of workers to meet operational needs
  • Address employee concerns and coordinate resolution in line with company policies
  • Support the implementation of employee discipline when necessary
