Job Description:

  • Preparation of parcellary maps, subdivision plans, lot/sketch plans and all technical and other documentary requirements;
  • Preparation of Survey Returns and all requirements for submission to government agencies in accordance with government standards and industry practice;
  • Implementation of all survey activities including but not limited to, relocation, topographic and as-built survey as necessary;
  • Assist in monitoring of ground survey, markings and measurement for updating of maps;
  • Assist in research of urgent property data form from different government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Geodetic Engineer.
  • At least 3 years' experience in construction surveying, highway design, parcellary mapping, plotting of properties and plans preparation.
  • Knowledge and experience in doing actual surveying works.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the use of surveying and mapping equipment, Total Station, Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, Surveying software (Pythagoras, etc.), Map creation software (GIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth), Blueprint/drawing specifications creation and interpretation.
