Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service while addressing their auto repair needs.

- Assisting with scheduling appointments and following up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolutions are reached swiftly.
- Supporting the sales team by promoting additional services and products that benefit the customer and enhance their experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with technicians to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with auto repair services and industry terminology is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with customer management systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
