Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Vice President – Asset Servicing Corporate Actions

to join our Wealth Management Operations team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate and class actions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across global markets. You will provide leadership, foster a culture of continuous learning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

digital transformation and process improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of
    corporate actions

(mandatory, voluntary, and choice) ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee all aspects of
class actions, proxy, and structured products

, from initiation to resolution.
- Lead performance management, staff development, training, and operational controls in line with policies.
- Implement structured
career pathing initiatives

to align employee development with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with
Client Services, Bankers, Custody, and Operations

teams to improve client experience.
- Drive transformation projects in partnership with
Technology and global transformation teams

.
- Operate effectively in a
high-volume, deadline-driven environment

, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Proactively manage escalations, promote process improvement, share best practices, and mitigate risks.
- Maintain a robust
control environment

through regular monitoring, implementation of key controls, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
