Asset Servicing Corporate Actions - Analyst
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- Minimum three years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or management in Investment Banking Wealth Management.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market.
- Proficient in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Consultative approach with the ability to anticipate business partner needs and proactively deliver solutions.
- Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a transformational mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the life cycle of corporate actions, including mandatory, voluntary, and choice actions, ensuring accurate and timely processing to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of structured products and proxy actions, from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders and key partners across Wealth Management, Technology, and Business teams to drive issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
- Support strategic projects and contribute to process improvements within the team.
- Ensure business activities are executed efficiently, controlled, and timely by understanding, reviewing, and implementing processes, systems, and procedures.
Asset Servicing Corporate Actions - Assistant Vice President
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market.
- Proficient in SWIFT Messages and Financial Markets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
- Act as the first level of escalation for complex issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
- Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
- Identify, evaluate, and deliver process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
- Monitor and chase queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines, urgency, and escalations.
- Conduct process training for new joiners.

- Collaborate with Client Services, Bankers, Custody teams, and other Operations organizations to enhance client experience.
- Drive the transformation agenda and work with global teams such as Technology and other transformation groups.
- Lead through effective communication, influence, and people management to drive results.
- Operate effectively in a high-volume, rapid-paced, deadline-oriented environment, manage KPIs to ensure quality and timeliness, and make data-driven decisions for enhanced client experience.
- Proactively manage escalations related to delivery issues, promote process improvement ideas, share best practices, manage risk, identify issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Create an effective control environment within the team, assist in developing, implementing, and periodically performing key controls, and establish effective partnerships with onshore leads/stakeholders through proactive communication, business reviews, and governance models.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree.
- At least 12 years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or management in Investment Banking Wealth Management.
- Proven track record of effective leadership relative to strategic change management and process re-engineering, including technology-driven projects.
- Strong ability to build relationships with and influence colleagues, business leaders, and functional partners.
- Strong industry experience with an understanding of standards and practices in wealth management operations.
- Highly motivated individual with strong people management skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Asset Servicing team for the JP Morgan Wealth Management business, including performance management, staff development, training, operational controls, and adherence to policies and procedures.
