Job Title: Asset Servicing Corporate Actions- Analyst

Location: Taguig

Salary: Negotiable

As an Asset Servicing Analyst within Wealth Management Operations, you will collaborate with global business and client-facing teams to support the management of corporate and class actions across various markets. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, timely execution, and innovation in service delivery. This role is critical to smooth asset servicing execution, with a strong focus on efficiency, risk control, and technology-driven improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of corporate actions (mandatory, voluntary, and choice actions), ensuring accurate and timely execution in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Oversee structured products and proxy actions from initiation through resolution, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Partner with Operations Leaders, Technology, and cross-functional teams to drive resolution of issues and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements across the organization.
  • Ensure business activities are well-controlled, efficient, and timely by reviewing and implementing effective processes, systems, and procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate degree with 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, or Management within Investment Banking/Wealth Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Market.
  • Proficiency in SWIFT messages and Financial Markets.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a consultative approach, and ability to anticipate and meet business partner needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and AI/ML concepts (e.g., Alteryx, Signavio, Tableau).
  • Experience in Securities Operations.
  • Strong analytical ability, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Client-focused with adaptability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
