We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to design, implement, and execute performance tests that evaluate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our software systems under various load conditions.

Location: Ortigas - Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Develop performance test plans, strategies, and workload models based on system architecture and user behavior.
  • Set up test environments, tools, and data required for performance testing.
  • Create and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
  • Monitor system metrics, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
  • Conduct scalability and stress tests to assess system limits and behavior under peak load.
  • Implement performance monitoring tools and document findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–9 years of performance testing experience across complex systems.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, network protocols, and web technologies (HTTP, TCP/IP, REST).
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
