Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead a team of quality associates and foster a strong quality culture within the process
  • Generate and analyze various types of reports using data
  • Understand business requirements and address issues across different levels
  • Execute plans with attention to detail and urgency
  • Interact confidently with clients and manage relationships effectively
  • Provide constructive feedback with patience and openness to change
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining strong interpersonal skills
  • Drive and implement process-level improvement initiatives
  • Conduct transactional quality audits, process improvements, and calibrations
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvement plans to clients
  • Ensure client quality targets are consistently met and exceeded
  • Establish controls on transaction processing to achieve zero-defect output
  • Manage high-skilled resources with maturity and experience
  • Perform under pressure with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Utilize MS Office, quality tools, and data analysis for reporting and insights

What We're Looking For

  • Flexible and takes ownership, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrates excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in a 24x7 environment
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of audit and evaluation functions
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified or trained, with relevant domain experience (preferred)
  • Experience handling content moderation accounts

Work Setup

  • Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Shift: Mid Shift / Graveyard Schedule / Onsite
