Bagong Pag-asa Bakery, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products across our bakery operations. This full-time position is based in our Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, Metro Manila facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements
  • Inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
  • Conducting regular audits and providing detailed reports on quality performance
  • Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the manufacturing or food industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering or related

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
