  • Demonstrate the functionality of various machines and appliances, highlighting key features and benefits to address customer needs.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs for interested customers, facilitating the transition from inquiry to purchase.

  • Assist in driving showroom sales by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products.

  • Provide customer feedback to the Sales Team to improve product offerings and showroom display strategies.
  • Track and document customer interactions and product inquiries to help analyze showroom performance and visitor trends
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, bookings, and requests in the showroom, including maintaining records of customer visits and product interests.
  • Prepare the showroom for special events, promotions, and demonstrations, working with the sales and marketing teams to ensure readiness.
