We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring overall business growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven sales management experience, and a solid background in industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop operating plans and objectives in line with the company's sales strategies
  • Organize and execute sales initiatives to achieve targeted sales volume
  • Review selling prices to maximize profitability and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Oversee promotional and advertising activities to support sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Recruit, assign, and train qualified sales personnel to support existing and potential clients
  • Provide guidance and ensure the continuous development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with other departments to address credit, collection, and operational issues
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Preferably with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machines
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented with proven ability to deliver results
