Job Description:

  • Implement QA/QC program.
  • Develop and establish procedures related to ISO standards.
  • Execute all quality-related actions of the project, ensuring alignment with pre-defined processes and project requirements.
  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes to improve yields, eliminate rework, and reduce costs.
  • Organize and lead teams in continuous improvement activities to achieve cost and delivery objectives.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers on quality-related issues.
  • Inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and products using measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with customer specifications.
  • Monitor daily activities of team leaders, assistant team leaders, line leaders, QA/QC staff, and inspectors.
  • Verify quality judgments made by team leaders and inspectors, particularly regarding plating quality.
  • Review and provide disposition of non-conforming products when necessary.
  • Supervise training and onboarding of newly hired inspectors.
  • Monitor and document the effectiveness of countermeasures for quality-related problems.
  • Prepare and issue various reports, including Work Procedures, Abnormality Reports, and Monthly Reports.
  • Monitor and ensure timely calibration of all measuring instruments.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a college graduate.
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a QA Supervisor in a manufacturing set-up.
  • Must have proven QA supervising experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Willing to work or relocate inside FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
  • Willing to render overtime on regular days, rest days, and holidays if required.

Schedule:

  • Regular Monday to Saturday (Shifting Schedule, no Night Shift).
