SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at improving organic visibility, rankings, and website performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Advanced technical SEO skills are required for conducting comprehensive audits and optimisation.
  • Plan and implement tactical digital marketing campaigns targeting specific industries, buyer personas, and geographic segments.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, content strategies, and paid ads where applicable.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the team during scheduled early-evening meetings (when needed).
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Experience in paint and adhesive industry is preferred.
  • Candidates must be available for early-evening meetings in Philippines time zone.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research tools, SEO analytics, and tracking platforms
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in On-Page SEO (content optimization, meta tags, keyword usage, internal linking etc.).
  • Strong background in Off-Page SEO (backlink strategy, outreach, link building, digital PR, citations).
