Role: Social Campaign Executive
Location: Remote (Flexible)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (35 hours/week)
Hours: Must have overlap with UK working hours (9am–5pm GMT)
Compensation: $1,000–$1,600 USD/month (independent contractor)
A multi-award-winning influencer-first social agency recognized for its communication-led strategies that deliver measurable and impactful campaigns. Since its founding in 2019, the agency has developed creative campaigns for leading international clients across influencer, organic social, paid social, and research projects.
The team is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented — empowering individuals to take ownership of their learning while contributing to high-impact social and influencer campaigns.
The RoleThis is a foundational hire for the growing Account Executive team. The Social Campaign Executive will play a key role in delivering all aspects of influencer and social media marketing campaigns — from ideation to execution. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, influencers, and creators while gaining hands-on experience in creative, strategic, and operational campaign management.
Key ResponsibilitiesContribute ideas to creative and strategic planning sessions.
Identify and vet suitable influencers and UGC creators for client campaigns.
Prepare and maintain media plans, trackers, and client proposals.
Support the creation of proposal decks and campaign documentation.
Conduct influencer and creator outreach, building and maintaining relationships with talent and their managers globally.
Track, analyze, and manage campaign data and performance metrics.
Deliver post-campaign reports and insights for internal and client use.
Stay informed on social trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance service delivery.
Ideally, some experience in influencer or social media marketing (agency or brand-side).
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
High attention to detail, organization, and ability to self-review.
Confident working independently and taking initiative to solve problems.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Canva preferred.
Ambitious, creative, and analytical.
