About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Lead with 3–5 years of proven experience and a strong track record of success in managing and growing brands across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead campaigns from concept to execution, analyze performance, and deliver measurable results.

If you do not have prior experience in handling social media strategy or are not confident in managing this role, this opportunity is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms.
  • Drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility through innovative campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Oversee paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations when required.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, strategy, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling social media accounts and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Proficient in analytics tools and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and adaptable with a strong eye for trends.
