The HR Specialist for Employee Engagement will be responsible for managing and improving the employee-employer relationship and the company's retention programs by fostering a positive work environment through proper handling of conflicts, grievances, and concerns and spearheading and developing engagement activities and programs.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate, preferably with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field, and has a minimum of two (2) years of experience in employee engagement. They must possess strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, along with excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion is essential. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop. The candidate must be proactive, innovative, flexible, a team player, results-oriented, and demonstrate a high level of personal integrity.
