We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Solutions Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and business needs by supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities for our software solutions. You will play a key part in demonstrating product value, ensuring smooth implementation, and driving overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during customer engagements, events, and webinars.
  • Provide consultative support to prospects, helping them assess solution fit and value.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and responses to RFIs.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Drive customer success through proactive engagement and solution optimization.
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate internally for product and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, training materials, and implementation guides.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience working with design, engineering, or collaboration software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and events as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
