EXPORT Customer Service Representative

· Sending export fliers / promotional rates on a weekly basis (DIRECT).

· Attend all sales and agent rates inquiries and concern.

· Preparing booking confirmation.

· Input data on IF system.

· Get potential customers by doing telemarketing for additional bookings on our consol box.

· Attend some client visits with the manager.

· Preparing weekly consol report.

· Preparing month report.

· Perform necessary task as instructed.

· Sending export fliers / promotional rates on a weekly basis (HOUSE ACCOUNT)

· Attend all COLOADER and HOUSE ACCOUNT rates inquiries and concern.

· Preparing loading sequence for export consol Hongkong, Singapore and Taiwan

· Sending shipping details, monitoring container status.

· Preparing sales alert and cost analysis.

· Monitoring transshipment schedule and POD's.

· Export Documentation (Booking to Billing process) *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
