Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate (Air Export) located in Parañaque. The Associate will handle daily tasks associated with air export operations, including processing and managing export documentation, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining records of all transactions. The candidate will also manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and oversee supply chain and procurement activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in Procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus
