Export Coordinator

Main Functions:
- Coordinates and communicates with clients to arrange shipment schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries in accordance with agreed logistics plans and service standards.
- Manages and executes export-related activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, timely shipment of goods, and accurate documentation. Coordinates with internal departments, logistics providers, and customers to ensure smooth export operations.
- Prepares and issues billing documents and invoices accurately and on time, in accordance with company policies and client agreements. Ensures completeness of billing data, verifies supporting documentation, and coordinates with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
Sub Function:
- Generates reports and provides shipment status updates (e.g., departures, payment requests, Seaway Bill releases, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
