Games Localization Project Manager (Remote – Philippines)

Work Setup: Fully Remote | Schedule: Night Shift

We're looking for a Games Localization Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end localization of global game titles. You'll manage multiple projects, coordinate with international teams, and ensure every localized version — from translation to dubbing — meets the highest standards of quality and cultural relevance.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage multiple game localization projects from planning to delivery.
  • Oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Review localized assets for accuracy, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Maintain documentation, project guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in localization project management — ideally within games, software, or digital products.
  • Understanding of end-to-end localization workflows, including translation, dubbing, and LQA.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools, TMS, and project management platforms.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Bilingual or proficient in another language (preferred but not required).
  • Awareness of global game markets and cultural nuances.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with marketing or promotional asset localization (videos, app stores, etc.).
  • Background in managing projects across multi-language markets (Latin-based, Cyrillic, RTL, character-based).
