Allegens Healthcare Philippines is distributor and importer for pharmaceutical products in Makati, Metro Manila. We are looking for Admin & Assistant providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities
Main Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars for seniors and managers as well as travel arrangements (fare tickets, transportation, hotel, meals ,...).
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, manage office supplies .
• Ensure compliance documents including legal documents, registration documents.
• Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry and managing correspondence. Maintain contact lists.
• Submit and reconcile daily, monthly expense reports.
• Finding suppliers, placing orders and managing invoices.
• Assisting all departments such as the regulatory registration department for notarizing and submit documents.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) as well as a clean and organized working area and creating a professional atmosphere.
• Filling, submit, follow up compliance documents for renew business permit, bank documents and other legal documents.
• Research data & conduct market research about the products, competitors, potential customers, associates as well as connecting them to potential clients, partners for meetings.
• Maintain and follow disciplines and policies states as per company.
• Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
