The Australian Embassy Head of Mission (HOM) in the Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to fill the position of HOM Domestic staff – Residence Manager at the HOM Residence.

The Residence Manager is responsible for providing general liaison with the Embassy Administration Section to report on HOM Residence maintenance and organisation of representation (formal and in-formal) functions hosted by the HOM and family members.  The Residence Manager will work with other Residence staff in managing the household operations, maintaining the residence property, providing general housekeeping duties, and attending to the needs of the HOM and family member including their guests. The successful candidate should have experience in high-quality household management or hospitality and domestic assistance, has strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations. Preferably has prior experience working in a Diplomatic Head of Mission Residence, or in a hospitality service industry.

Terms of Employment

The successful applicant is expected to commence as soon as possible. The commencing salary is at Php60,000 per month.  The successful applicant will be entitled to medical health insurance and accident insurance, leave, allowance, uniform and live-in accommodation.
