About the Role

We're looking for motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Local Marketing Partners for SMDC. This is a commission-based opportunity (3.75% commission + incentives) with flexible hours—perfect for students, professionals seeking a side hustle, or anyone who wants to explore real estate without prior experience.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and market SMDC properties locally and online
  • Refer potential clients to our team for assistance and closing
  • Build and maintain connections with interested buyers
  • Work flexibly and manage your own schedule
