POSITION TYPE:

JOB PURPOSE:
This position reports to the Procurement Officer / Manager and is responsible for the provision of accurate and timely assistance and administration of the VP-Procurement needs, procurement process and requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure proper recording and custody of all regulatory procurement documents;
2. Safeguard and manage procurement records and filing.
3. Ensure proper inventory of non-inventory products and accounted to respected requestors.
4. Source/ Canvass of materials needed for operations, alternative and product development.
5. Assist in issuance of supplies to the requesting department.
6. Monitor materials for development in coordination with the Technical Department.
7. Assist on the Administrative requirements of VP-Procurement.
8. Perform product presentations, samples and documents needed for client requirements of VP- Procurement.
9. Any other relevant duties as may be assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and/ or supply chain function.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course, Business Administration, Management or related field.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:
- KNOWLEDGE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD).
- Knowledge in overall Procure to Pay process.
- Keen attention to details and good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and people orientation.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
