Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager in the CLIDP Department will support the department's sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role involves fieldwork, client engagement, and strategic coordination with the sales team to meet departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CLIDP Department in planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective fieldwork and client relationship management.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related roles.
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage; candidates with experience in Real Estate or FMCG are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and field operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
