Job Description

As a Level 2 Software Support Engineer, you will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot application errors, and manage customer inquiries with precision and care. Your role ensures smooth system functionality while enhancing client satisfaction.

Shift: Day Shift, 9AM-6PM PH Time, Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• IT Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience in software support preferred, particularly enterprise software and/or 2nd level support
• Professional experience in the Auditing/Certification sector and/or Intact Platform knowledge is preferred
• Experience with JIRA and confident in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, German or Spanish language skills a plus
• Works independently in a structured way and have a strong quality awareness
• Enjoy to working in a team across time zones and cultures
• Prior relevant experience
• Associate degree (Preferred)

• Verbal and written customer communication (email, phone, videoconference)
• Problem solving for application and system errors as well as bug documentation and analysis
• Recording, processing, and answering technical customer inquiries, use cases and user stories

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide technology systems support, with a focus on certification, auditing processes, and the Intact Platform.
• Collaborate closely with customers to optimize business processes, identify and resolve bugs, and clarify business requirements.
• Depending on experience and expertise, support business intelligence toolsets to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Engage with customers across the globe as part of a worldwide support team, ensuring seamless collaboration in an international environment.
