About the Role

We're looking for a
Customs Lead
who's ready to take charge of the full lifecycle of
customs house brokerage and trade compliance
. In this role, you'll lead a team that ensures every shipment moves efficiently and compliantly — keeping the business running smoothly and customers happy.

You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies to streamline processes, optimize costs, and maintain full compliance with customs and trade regulations. If you're a natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys finding smarter ways to get things done, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor
    the customs and brokerage team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Oversee import declarations and clearances
    , ensuring all trade activities are 100% compliant with local customs laws.
  • Monitor vendor and process performance
    to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Keep us compliant
    — manage permits, documentation, and accreditation renewals with zero lapses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    to enhance import efficiency and contribute to business growth.

  • Compliance with BoC regulations and zero audit findings
  • No penalties or cost due to expired permits or late filings
  • Consistently high internal and external customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in customs brokerage, importation, or logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of
    BoC regulations
    , trade compliance, and import/export processes
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Licensed Customs Broker (preferred but not required)
