Job Function:
Responsible for checking and monitoring the physical condition, maintenance and cleanliness of the building, its surroundings and facilities (stand-alone / mall-based store).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise general maintenance and engineering
  • Assist in the implementation of site-specific facility operation standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures, facility initiatives and security standards and processes) as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in a Property/Building/Facilities Management
