Job Title: Technical Supervisor

Location: Pasay City
Department: Facilities Management

Job Summary:

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the technical and maintenance operations of the facility. This role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and general building systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Technical Supervisor leads a team of technicians and supports day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff, including electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general maintenance personnel.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  • Monitor and ensure the proper operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire safety, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance issues.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain documentation such as maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance records.

  • Assist in budget preparation, vendor management, and procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and recommend improvements or repairs.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate technical staff; ensure adherence to performance standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum [2+] years of experience in facilities maintenance with at least [2+] years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

  • Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City

Working Conditions:

  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for emergencies or special projects.
