Our company is looking for a results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring operational staff, coordinating departmental activities, and implementing strategies to ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations and a seamless guest experience.

  • Supervise and lead a team of operational staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Assist the Operations Manager and Admin. Supervisor in training employees with ways and means of maintaining good facilities and excellent customer relations.'
  • Serve as "Message center", and pass along messages to department heads anything about maintenance of the property.
  • Supervise, delegate responsibilities and follow up actions on general areas sanitation.
  • Conducts everyday briefing and morning activities.
  • Acts as Peace and security steward. Must have full understanding of safety and precautionary measures during emergency cases.
  • Keeps complete checklist of machineries, equipment, furniture and fixtures, materials and amenities.
  • Maintains all equipment and keep complete supplies inventory.
  • Ensure proper dissemination to all concerns head on any problems and/or operations that has caused customer convenience.
  • Coordinate problems on Parking and Security with building Administrator.
  • Receives reports, investigate and delegate action on all "out-of-order" status of property.
  • Ensure maintenance of good water, lighting and ventilation condition.
  • Notify the Operations Manager any unusual incident on instructed or deemed necessary regarding operation, safety & security and property maintenance.
  • Stock control monitor and record flow of amenities and supplies.
  • Handles customer complaints and report incident to the Operations Manager.
  • Assure that the company premises are perfectly clean and sanitized before and during operation.
  • Monitors trainee's performance.
  • Make sure that 30 minutes before operation, all staff are properly dressed by their uniform.
  • Assist in conducting training and orientation to newly hired employee.
  • Coordinates & report with the Admin Supervisor what had transpired during the hour of duty operation
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
  • Supervises the Room Attendant in scrubbing the sauna floor.
  • Periodically checks the grooming area to ensure cleanliness at all times.
  • Monitors the cleanliness of locker cabinet.
  • Monitors the soiled linen of massage and sauna area; ensures correctness count of before dropping to the laundry.
  • Performs other functions that the Operations Manager may assign from time to time.
  • Work with management to develop and manage departmental budgets.
