Position Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations within Pasay, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of all assigned areas. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with both housekeeping staff and building management to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and upkeep of all designated areas (offices, restrooms, common spaces, hallways, and building facilities).
  • Conduct daily inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain housekeeping schedules, duty rosters, and attendance records.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment; request replenishments as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and building regulations.
  • Handle and resolve staff or tenant concerns related to housekeeping services.
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and submit them to management.
  • Coordinate with building administration and other departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or facilities management (preferably in office buildings, hotels, or commercial establishments).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a housekeeping team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
