Dealership Development Manager

Location: Quezon City

We are looking for a dynamic Dealership Development Manager to lead the expansion and growth of our motorcycle dealership network. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance and profitability across dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for dealership acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage dealership budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners.
  • Conduct retail audits and ensure compliance with branding and service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or automotive industry.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, market analysis, financial management, and communication.
