Position: Aftersales Operations Manager

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary: Php 70,000 gross

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering, Automotive, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in aftersales operations (preferably within a car dealership), including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving aftersales targets and managing service and parts teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in strategic planning and forecasting
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Must be licensed to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
  • Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma must be available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the dealership's aftersales operations
  • Lead and manage service and parts teams to ensure efficient daily workflows
  • Track and achieve after-sales KPIs and performance objectives
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Enforce dealership policies and ensure compliance with operational standards
