Job description

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

This is an ONSITE ROLE.

Office: ROOM 210, PORTAL WEST BUILDING, DUMAGUETE CITY

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Familiarity with billing procedures, credit memos, and collections practices, bank reconciliations.

Duties:

  • Applying Payments received from customers to invoices in Quick books
  • Signing Out inventory in Quick books/Inventory Management Software
  • Assisting with vendor payments and managing accounts payable
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Balancing GL accounts
  • Basic Journal Entries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
