  4. Cost Monitoring & ControlMonitor OPEX and CAPEX utilization against budget; flag significant variances.Track ongoing cost-saving initiatives and provide reporting on achieved savings.

  5. Risk & Compliance SupportEnsure financial reports and forecasts comply with internal policies and external regulations.Support the preparation of audit schedules and documentation for internal or external audits.

  6. Data & Reporting System SupportUse BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) to generate standardized dashboards.Contribute ideas for improving reporting workflows or automating manual processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- CPA/CMA or progress toward certification is a plus

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business analysis, or commercial finance

  • Experience in hospitality, online gaming, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage

  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; Google Sheets familiarity a plus

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain financial data to non-finance users

  • Knowledge of Philippine tax/regulatory environment is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
