Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Center
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance mobile device management workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Comfort working in environments that utilize AI for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent policy enforcement
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT support, product support, or systems administration
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 security tools (e.g., Defender, Advanced Threat Protection, EMS suite)
  • Familiarity with AirWatch, MAG, and other mobile integration components
  • Awareness of Enterprise Mobility Security features within the Modern Workplace suite
