We are hiring a Sr. I&O Engineering Consultant (Remote Desktop Support Engineer) with proven, hands-on experience in BeyondTrust (Bomgar).

Please note: BeyondTrust (Bomgar) experience is strictly non-negotiable. Candidates without this skill will not be considered.


Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • Proven hands-on experience with BeyondTrust (Bomgar) – setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in remote desktop support or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and security standards.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
  • Experience working with enterprise-level cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Exposure to IT security frameworks and automation tools.

Salary: PHP 190,000 – PHP 218,000 Basic + Allowance
