Work you will do

You will be responsible for delivering solid solutions to complex problems and work with our clients to provide consistent high-quality code, including:

• Designing and developing rich user interfaces for performance-critical mobile applications, utilising cutting edge technologies
• Being the conduit between business, technology and creative disciplines, with an ability to work with a medium to large team to deliver successful product projects
• Being adept and quickly evolving from fuzzy problems to working solution prototypes while being across the current and future state of digital technologies

If you are someone with:

You live, love, and breathe Mobile Development. You have delivered solid solutions to complex problems and are able to provide consistent, high-quality code. To be awesome in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered

• Minimum 7 years of experience building and maintaining native iOS apps using the Swift programming language, with hands-on experience in both UIKit and SwiftUI

• Proficiency with modern iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)

• Experience with reactive frameworks, such as RxSwift and Combine

• Experience rolling out apps to the App Store, including release management and app signing

• Experience with iOS testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest, Snapshot testing) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or CircleCI)
• Exposure to cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform) or front-end web technologies (React, TypeScript) is a plus but not required

• Attention to building secure, performant, and user-friendly apps, with a strong grasp of profiling and optimization tools

• A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with ownership of outcomes

• Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams toward high-quality deliveries
