Position: Sr. Software Engineer I (Ivanti UWM Engineer)

Salary: PHP 130,000 – PHP 150,000 Basic + OGA Allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to user workspace management, including profile management and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions.
  • Support system audits and performance assessments to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Participate in deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and components.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Support training efforts for end-users and internal teams.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations for critical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably with Ivanti UWM or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of Ivanti UWM products and workspace management technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, Ivanti Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Position: Sr. Software Engineer II (Ivanti UWM Engineer)

Salary: PHP 160,000 – PHP 185,000 Basic + Allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to user workspace management, profile management, and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure UWM environments.
  • Conduct system audits and performance assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Lead deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.
  • Mentor and train end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for critical system issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles focused on Ivanti UWM or similar solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Ivanti UWM products and workspace management tools.
  • Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, Ivanti Certified Professional).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V).
