you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements, develop impactful Power BI reports, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data integrity through advanced tools and anomaly detection. Your expertise will support business decisions and drive meaningful advancements in healthcare.

*The Qualifications We Seek*

• 3-5 years of experience developing reports with Power BI to create clear and impactful visualizations
• Strong expertise in data manipulation, data pipelining, and data preprocessing techniques
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Knowledge of the MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and MS Fabric Environment is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare processes (e.g., distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory) is a plus
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate very clearly both verbally and in writing with English-speaking counterparts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across business functions
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and a strong desire to contribute to meaningful advancements in healthcare

Your Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain and assess requirements for automating manual reports to Power BI or optimizing existing ones
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine KPIs and reporting requirements
• Leverage SQL and Microsoft Fabric to transform raw data into semantic models daily
• Use Power BI to develop clear, impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports daily
• Analyze large datasets from systems like NetSuite ERP, Manhattan WMS, eCommerce, and CRM platforms to support business decisions
• Develop Power BI control reports and use AI/Machine Learning for anomaly detection and quality control daily
• Stay updated on advancements in data science tools and proactively apply them to business challenges
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Data Governance, IT, and third-party teams for data integration, accessibility, and security
• Monitor and manage in-scope Service Now support tickets according to SLAs daily

KPIs

• Execute designated analytics and BI development project deliverables within set timelines
• Respond to in-scope Service Now support tickets within 24 business hours
• Manage Service Now support tickets from inception to closure
• Demonstrate strong alignment with company values and required competencies
