Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description:

As a key member of our Business Insights and Analytics team, we are seeking an Associate Business Intelligence Developer to join us in delivering exceptional business outcomes. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with business and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing BI solutions using Power BI, QlikView, or QlikSense. They will be expected to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions (dashboards and interactive reporting tools) on key business measures.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and act professionally at all times. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable to teamwork and dynamic work environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or any relevant field with Business Intelligence. At least one year of relevant experience in developing BI solutions is required.

The candidate should be proficient in data modeling and data model normalization, knowledgeable about ETL methodology, and accustomed to utilizing relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and Business Intelligence area.
