Business Intelligence Insights Developer

The Data Analyst, Forecasting role plays a pivotal part in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights. This full-time position is part of the Analytics team within the eCommerce & Marketing department.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards for various business areas.
- Report on performance across key Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly share business performance, contributing to measuring performance for the company's strategy.
- Maintain consistent groomed business logic and KPIs across reporting.
- Develop product forecasts using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau to support the company's growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.
- Proactively identify and investigate potential areas of opportunity.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization.
- This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
