Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Schedule: US Hours, Easter Standard Time – 9 PM to 5:30 AM Philippine time

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.
  • Use Python (pandas, NumPy) to clean, transform, and analyze data.
  • Build dashboards and reports in Excel (using formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
  • Format large datasets for presentation to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Use statistical methods and data modeling to inform forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear and actionable formats.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security according to company policies.
  • Continuously improve data collection processes and reporting methods.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling or machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Familiarity with SQL for deeper analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with laptop/docking station setup, multiple monitors, and related hardware.
  • Knowledge of Notepad++ or similar tools for quick data manipulation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
