Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of all hardware asset details
  • Management, recording and tracking of all hardware asset
  • Manage and maintain hardware asset stock levels, across all assigned location, to ensure that levels are sufficient and stock records are accurately maintained
  • Handling of queries relating to hardware asset details
  • Ensure assets are accounted for
  • Other additional tasks that may be assigned by the Team Manager

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with asset management tools and software (ServiceNow). Proficiency with JIRA.

Others:

  • Job location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (FILINVEST THREE, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
  • Working Hours: 24 x 7 (BPO), shifting schedule, 5 days work schedule unless there's OT, shift in most cases could be from 9PM-6AM
  • Contractual/Project-based - 3 MONTHS CONTRACT ONLY
  • Requirements is URGENT, but still the applicant's target onboarding or hiring is as soon as the background verification (to be processed by a 3rd party partner) and pre-employment requirements are complied with, which might take 2-3 weeks processing depending on the availability of the results

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
