Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Incident Management End User Tools like Nexthink and Service Desk operations. Proficiency in Service Now Windows Networking and Desktop Support is essential. The role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Utilize End User Tools such as Nexthink to monitor and enhance user experience.
  • Provide comprehensive support through the Service Desk to address technical issues.
  • Implement and maintain Service Now for streamlined IT service management.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Windows systems through regular updates and maintenance.
  • Oversee networking operations to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to resolve user issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Document and track incidents and resolutions to improve future response strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users to improve their technical proficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Incident Management and End User Tools like Nexthink.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Service Desk operations and Service Now platform.
  • Have extensive experience with Windows systems and Networking.
  • Exhibit excellent skills in Desktop Support particularly in a remote work environment.
  • Show proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Certifications Required
